Anybody claiming VAT exemption must sign this section to confirm their Name, Address and their medical condition entitle them to VAT relief.

A three month warranty is given on anything that has been sold as a part exchange or 2nd hand from date of purchase.

Refunds are only given on damaged or faulty goods. If it is sold fit for purpose then it is not subject to a refund.

Prices charged within the retail store do not reflect nor match the internet website.

Products must be purchased online to get the Website prices and may incur P+P charges.

Any goods supplied that are neither faulty or damaged will incur a 30% charge on returning the product to the store if the store deems refund acceptable.
